Quality has a sound....
Quality has a sound. Rack the slide on this firearm and you will hear what that sound is supposed to be. My first 1911 and could not be more pleased with this weapon. Bud's as always did an excellent job in filling my order and shipping it to my ffl.

Feels great, has a small issue with the ambi safety rubbing the slide giving premature wear on the finish. But other than cosmetic, it's a wonderful piece. I should note that I've contacted Springfield and they're going to warranty it and get it right without question.
