Tactical Rack 3-Dot Tritium Night Sights support fast target acquisition in reduced light, and the VZ Hydra G10 grips provide a secure, comfortable hold. The pistol includes an ambidextrous thumb safety, beavertail grip safety, and three seven-round magazines.

Bought the TRP as a retirement gift to myself. This is my 6th Springfield Armory pistol. Fired 500 rounds to break it in and evaluated Hornady Critical Defense and Federal Hydra Shock for EDC. Both had group sizes that were identical for all intents and purposes, but the Federal was cleaner.

Tack driving...
Tack driving comfortable 1911 platform. My only note is that the front strap checkering is slightly aggressive but this is a firearm designed for tactical applications and therefore in gloves, it's perfect.
