The Springfield Armory Loaded Operator is a full-size 1911 pistol chambered in .45 ACP and built around a forged-steel frame with an integral accessory rail. Its five-inch stainless steel match-grade barrel is paired with a forged-steel slide finished in Black Armory Kote, while the frame wears Olive Drab Armory Kote for a distinctive two-tone configuration. Low-profile combat sights with three-dot tritium inserts provide a bright, visible aiming reference in low-light conditions. A Pachmayr wraparound grip, beavertail grip safety, and ambidextrous manual thumb safety support secure handling and practical defensive use. The pistol includes two seven-round blued steel magazines.
