Springfield Armory XD-S Mod.2 OSP Compact .45 ACP Black Pistol

A: No, although as a sum of features it is probably compliant, it isn't on the roster so can't be shipped to you from out of state. As of now the only Springfield Armory pistols on the roster are 1911s and some models of the regular XD in various sizes and calibers. All pistols that are legal to ship into CA as a private citizen must appear here: (change manufacturer field to see other brands) https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=150975

A: Dennis, how can you choose Jason as the best answer when the answer he gave is for a completely different caliber than you asked about. You asked about .45acp and his answer was for 9mm. Mind boggling.

A: Dennis, a couple of options are here Sir : https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/18243/promag+spr+xds+9mm+9rd+blue+steel -------------------------- https://www.budsgunshop.com/search.php?q=708279012853+&type=&search_in=description

A: Here's a bigger selection of mags applicable for that model... https://www.budsgunshop.com/search.php?q=SPR+XDS+9MM+extended+magazine&type=

A: YES You can get a 6rd with matching grip sleeve. You can also get the 7rd with the old style grip sleeve. However, you have to slide off the old style grip sleeve. All the gen1 and mod 2 mags are the same, just remove the plastic mag sleeve. I use several gen 1 6 and 7rd mags in my mod 2 45

A: Dennis, unloaded weight is 23 ounces with the 5rd magazine and 24 ounces with the 6rd magazine. Cheers and Happy Holidays!

A: As mentioned, The unloaded weight is 23 ounces with the 5rd magazine and 24 ounces with the 6rd magazine.

A: Dennis, weight is 23 oz w/ Flush Mag, 24 oz w/ Extended Mag. Full details & specs here >>> https://www.springfield-armory.com/xd-series-handguns/xd-s-mod-2-osp-handguns/xd-s-mod-2-osp-3-3-single-stack-45-acp-handgun/ .....Have a great day!

A: Gary, yes Sir it will handle +P Rounds no issue. Just increase maintenance and inspection frequency and you will be fine. Cheers and stay safe!

A: Yes, +p ammunition will run fine in this. As with any firearm I'd recommend limited use since +p ammo can wear parts out quicker than standard pressure ammo but unless you're running thousands of rounds I doubt you'll ever notice a difference vs standard velocity ammo. Hope this helps.

A: Yes, this comes with two magazines. One 5 round magazine and one 6 round magazine. Hope this helps.

A: Stephen, this specific model number ( XDSG93345BOSP ) is not on the Maryland Handgun Roster : -- https://licensingportal.mdsp.maryland.gov/MSPBridgeClient/#/home

A: Stephen, I would check with your FFL, I believe it is compliant. There are 4 models like this compliant with one N/A for model number. >>> https://licensingportal.mdsp.maryland.gov/MSPBridgeClient/#/home .....Have a great day!
