The Stoeger STR-9 is a striker-fired 9mm pistol designed for dependable everyday performance and comfortable handling. This Flat Dark Earth model features a Cerakote-finished slide, an integrated accessory rail, optimized slide serrations, and an ergonomic polymer frame. Its interchangeable backstraps help tailor the grip to different hand sizes, while the integrated trigger safety and internal passive safeties provide a consistent factory safety system. The pistol includes three 15-round magazines and a Stoeger Kydex holster.

Good shipping time and...
Good shipping time and it came packaged well. 3 backstraps, I put the small on and it fits well.3 mags, all work as expected. A lot of people have complained that the mags dont always drop free but I havent experienced that. Fit and finish are good. Stripped and cleaned when I got it home and put about 400 rounds thru it in the past few weeks. No fails, feed/fire/eject but I've also only had speer lawman on hand due to shortages. I have seen people complain it doesnt like some of the cheaper ammo. You WILL use the speedloader if you want to put more than 6 rounds in it without blistering your fingers. For the price it's a very good piece.

I love this Lil bundle...
I love this Lil bundle of joy. All around it's a really excellent pistol especially if you want a starter 9mm if you're a bigger person, I'm 6'1 and the gun is perfect for my big hands especially with the large backstrap attached. The sights are nice and everything worked out of the box, I highly recommend at it's MSRP price or lower, don't go above it is supposed to be a cheaper entry that feels high quality.

First impressions were...
First impressions were great, the receiving dealer pulled it out of the box so we could inspect it before accepting it, both he and I were impressed by the aesthetics and feel of this gun. About 1.6lb unloaded. balanced well, and the quality is great, which ive come to expect from most firearms coming out of Turkey, and its a beautiful gun. The magazines are italian made, stainless steel with tight springs and great build quality, the release buttons, actions and attach are smooth. The gun itself is well built with a fibreglass reinforced poly frame and steel slide and an FDE or flat dark earth finish, the slide is on the heavy side of action, but the serrations make for easy grip. I'v only run 120 rounds through it, those rounds were Hornady and Federal. No Jams, no fail to eject, no issues. Great Gun 8.3/10
