Taurus 1911 Commander 9mm Matte Black Pistol

A: Geiner, no, only (1) 9rd Magazine is included from Taurus. Extra spaces in cases are usually for Manufacturers to be able to use one case for multiple package configurations. This package is correct. Cheers and stay safe!

A: Geiner, you received everything you were supposed to. Includes Lockable Carry Case, One 9-Round Blued Steel Magazine, Cable Lock, Owner's Manual. The case may be the same case used for other models that include the 'missing' items. Have a great day!

A: Geiner, it appears you received everything. This only comes with one 8 round magazine. I know alot of manufacturers use the same case for several variations of the pistol. Hope this helps.

A: Tony, this will depend entirely on the gunsmith and whatever parts are needed. I'd expect to pay atleast $100-$150 possibly more. I'd Google gunsmiths around your area and call around to find the best price. Hope this helps.

A: Tony, most 1911 Trigger Upgrade Kits are $85 to $115 parts and a quality local gunsmith install would run $100 to $125. May get a slight discount if both are from the same place. Cheers and stay safe

A: Trigger upgrade on a Taurus? I'd just get something with a better trigger out of the box, Girsan, Springfield, are good options. Or You'd need to find a good company or gunsmith that works specifically on Taurus and I've not heard of any. But to give you an idea of the range trigger jobs cost I just sent on my SW M&P 2.0 to agency arms to get a trigger jib and milled for an optic ot came out to about $650. I think just the trigger would have been $300. But the M&P is a common gun with lots of available aftermarket parts for upgrade, I don't think there are to many kits available for Taurus, so it could get spendy.

A: Hi Jamison, this is a series 80, with the firing pin block. https://www.taurususa.com/pistols/taurus-1911/taurus-1911-tm-commander-9mm-luger-matte-black Stay safe & have a great day!

A: Hi Jamison and welcome. It has a firing pin block, so series 80. The 80's have the firing pin block to prevent A/D when dropped. Cheers and stay safe!

A: Jamison, as others have mentioned this is a series 80 with firing pin block. Hope this helps.
