The Tisas 1911 Duty DS is a full-size, double-stack 9mm pistol that modernizes the classic 1911 platform with increased capacity and contemporary controls. Its hammer-forged steel frame and slide provide a durable foundation, while front and rear slide serrations support positive manipulation. The pistol features an ambidextrous extended manual safety, beavertail grip safety, accessory rail, skeletonized hammer and trigger, lowered and flared ejection port, and Series 70 internals with a titanium firing pin. Low-profile 3-Dot Novak-style sights provide a clear sight picture for practical use.

Very descent double...
Very descent double stack 1911. This is obviously an entry level pistol, but delivers with performance. Crisp trigger, I had to use prodigy 10 round mags as my state does enjoy real freedom dispensers. They worked fine. The break-in so far is about sixty rounds. This weekend will be substantially more. No FTF, light strikes, or any issues. I'm going to use it as a limited gun for USPSA. The price is fantastic, I even added the lifetime warranty from Bud's. Thanks again
