I haven't shot it yet....
I haven't shot it yet. I purchased mainly for the nostalgia, not really a shooter. They did a pretty good job but a checkered slide stop would have been more period correct. Finish is even and free of machine marks. I really like the Turkish walnut grips tisas puts on their old style 1911s. They are a bit dry but they soak up gun oil and get a nice dark appearance.
