The weight is fine in helps in the accuracy and getting back on target.\r The Mega is extremely accurate out of the box with no mods or adjustments. I put 5 rounds 3" group in the face of silhouette\r target and 15 yards. I also bought the CM9.

Very nice gun! Trigger...
Very nice gun! Trigger pulls at about 4.75 pounds and has a short reset. The sights are easy to acquire and the grip fits well in the hand. It's hard to beat a steel fame gun.
