The Walther P22 is a compact .22 LR semi-automatic pistol with a 3.42-inch threaded barrel and a 10+1 capacity. Its stainless/silver finish, ergonomic polymer grip, and lightweight construction make it comfortable for recreational shooting and training. The double-action/single-action trigger provides a heavier 11-pound double-action pull and a lighter 4-pound single-action pull. Low-profile three-dot polymer sights support quick target alignment, while front and rear slide serrations improve slide manipulation. The pistol also includes a loaded chamber indicator, external slide stop, ambidextrous paddle-style magazine release, manual safety, and Picatinny accessory rail.

First 100 rounds and...
First 100 rounds and the P22 had 4 or 5 failures to feed. I'll attribute it to the sharp edges on the two magazines. A tap on the back of the slide sent the slide forward and the bullet to feed. Accuracy was good. As with any new semiauto, function gets better the more it is shot. I purchased it as a plinker for my wife and she seems to really like the gun despite the failures to feed. I would buy it again!
