A: yes it will be a great range gun for you since you have the 22lr version it should only take you a short time to get comfortable with the 9mm walthers are good quality guns and you will be pleased with it

A: The only difference you will actually notice is the upgrade in caliber Steven. This pistol has the same feel/function that you are used too on the 22LR version. Meaning it will be a more powerful familiar friend. I think you will be just fine purchasing this pistol.

A: I only know 1 guy who shoots this pistol and likes it for competition but know dozens who shoot the SIG 320 or Glock 34 and love them. Walther had a side match at the CZ Iron Sight Nationals and you had to use that pistol and few of us liked it. Buy the SIG or Glock for the same price.
