I've been taking a...
I've been taking a Ruger Security 9 Pro to the range for a while now. I can get decent but not great groups with it. I'm not that great a shooter. However, I took this Walther to the range today and I punched a big hole in the center of the target. This gun is amazingly accurate. It's not a carry gun, but I'd say it's the perfect gun for home defense. In a panic situation, you had better hit your target, and this gun makes it possible for an average shooter like me to do so. The trigger is amazing. It feels perfect, and has a very short and tactile reset. I still have to get used to it after acclimating to the Ruger. The Walther trigger is so easy, that I was unintentionally taking double shots. One note: The Walther PPQ Q5 Match does not include 3 optical mounting plates anymore. You can go to the Walther site and get one free. Pick the one you want. I also love the paddle mag release on the classic. That's a personal preference thing. If you like the button, get the M2. Bottom line, buy this gun. You will have no regrets.
