The Walther PPS M2 RMSc is a slim, compact 9mm semi-automatic pistol designed for concealed carry. Its polymer frame and 3.18-inch polygonal-rifled barrel provide a lightweight profile, while the black Tenifer-treated slide adds corrosion resistance and durability. The striker-fired system includes an integrated trigger safety, a button-style magazine release, front and rear slide serrations, and a loaded-chamber viewport. This model combines 3-dot contrast sights with a factory-installed Shield RMSc 4 MOA red dot optic for fast target acquisition.

After doing much research on the best option to replace my S&W Shield as my concealed carry pistol I decided on the PPS M2 with the Shield RMSc red dot sight.\r My son has a Walther PPQ and I loved the ergonomics and the trigger on it; this PPS is no different, it fits my hand like a glove and the trigger has a very nice and smooth pull weight and re-set.\r \r Accuracy has been outstanding and it has fed a variety of ammunition without any problems, I am very pleased with it so far, sighting in the red dot was a breeze.\r Pros:\r great ergonomics\r awesome trigger and re-set\r outstanding accuracy from such a compact gun\r the Shield RMSc makes shooting with aging eyes easy\r \r Cons:\r The only detraction I found is that the Shield RMSc sight is not as robust as some others on the market but then it is the only sight compact enough to fit on sub-compact guns like the PPS; the Shield's lens is made from a poly-carbonate instead of glass so care must be taken as not to scratch it.\r \r Overall, I would definitely recommend the Walther PPS M2 RMSc, glad I bought one!\r
