This is my 3rd Charter...
This is my 3rd Charter Arms revolver. I have the 2", 4" and now the 5" barrel versions in .44 special. The quality is very good for the price. This is a total USA made gun. The Charter Arms guns are intended to offer a reasonably priced revolver with power and reliability, enough to defend you and yours. The first "Target model" was a 4" I bought in 1980. It was not as well built as the new but, it wasn't a Saturday night special by any means. 25 yard 2" groups were easy. The new Charter Arms are improved considerably. The 5" Stainless is an accurate controllable revolver considering the weight and, the .44 specials punch. Excellent value. Perfect for Home defense. The long barrel helps tremendously with control and quick targeting. The grips are small and should fit all hands. I would recommend this Revolver.
