Fantastic revolver!...
Fantastic revolver! Really smooth action. Sights were dead on left to right. Shoots a little low but a little file work on the from sight will bring it right up. Cylinder lock up is tight. I have always loved the look and feel of the open tops. This one is definitely a pount and shoot revolver. The aim and feel is so natural that wherever you look that is where you are going to hit.

Great looking...
Great looking reproduction of an 1872 colt Army open top revolver. Fit & Finish are excellent, the Army style grips fit perfectly, and are well finished. The bluing is well done, with no streaks or spots, and case-colored parts are great looking. Action is smooth, trigger is crip, and recoil is very mild with 38 Special. Sights are a little tricky, with the back sights on the barrel being pretty small. Ejector rod works smoothly and there is no problem removing the spent shells. I highly recommend the Uberti/Cimarron Open Top. Not so well known as the 1873 SAA that came after it, but a good shooter.
