The Colt Python 3-Inch Blued revolver combines a forged carbon steel frame with a polished blued finish and a matte top rib. Its one-piece full-lug vented-rib barrel features a recessed target crown, while the fluted six-round cylinder accommodates both .357 Mag and .38 Special cartridges. Walnut target grips with a gold Colt medallion provide a classic appearance and a secure, comfortable hold. The redesigned adjustable rear target sight adds strength beneath the sight assembly, and the interchangeable red ramp front sight allows sight customization. This double-action revolver weighs 40 ounces unloaded and is suitable for range use, collection, and field carry.

Beautiful gun, blemish...
Beautiful gun, blemish undetectable but had a few quirks that needed attention; 1 trigger doesn't always reset after firing 2 one cylinder chamber a bit tight. Contacted Colt, got a RMA & shipped to them for repairs. Will update status when able to "test drive" again.
