The Diamondback Firearms Sidekick is a convertible rimfire revolver chambered for both .22 LR and .22 WMR. Its interchangeable cylinders provide flexibility for target shooting, recreational plinking, and small-game applications. The revolver features a five-and-a-half-inch barrel, a nine-round capacity, and a black and gray laminate grip. Single-action and double-action operation give shooters the choice of a lighter, deliberate trigger press or a faster firing method. Black and Silver Cerakote, Diama-Tone cylinders, a blade front sight, and an integral rear sight complete the factory configuration.

My wife had been...
My wife had been looking at cowboy styled rim fire plinkers, but she wanted both Double Action and Single action. I took a chance and bought her the Diamondback Sidekick with the 4.5 inch barrel. It was such a solid platform that I decided to pick up this Talo exclusive model with the 5.5 inch barrel. The action is crisp, and the grip feels great in hand. A simple plunger at the front of the crane is depressed to swap out the cylinders. I'm really looking forward to predominately using .22 WMR in this model. The duotone Silver and Black is different from anything in our collection, and is sharp. I think Ruger could take note of the features and apply to their Wrangler or Single Six models instead of just being SA only…
