A: Timothy, no Sir. Both the 22LR and 22Magnum Cylinders are 9 Shot Cylinders. A 6 shot cylinder would not be timed correctly in a 9 shot combo pistol without proper fitting.

Then downloaded the manual for that particular pistol and it says this-"8. Only the 6-shot cylinder will work in 6-shot gun. 9. Only the 9-shot cylinder will work in 9-shot gun." Thats in section 22 of the manual for the pistol you are looking at, so od say that confirms it. A: No cause they cut the rear sight out of the frame. So there would be no way to attach anything there but they do make a model with adjustable sights. Hope this helps
