The six-round cylinder, 4.63-inch barrel, traditional hammer profile, and wood grips complete its classic rimfire configuration. A key-operated hammer block safety is positioned on the left side of the recoil shield.

This is the perfect...
This is the perfect little starter gun. I have taught all three of my boys at a young age handling, safety, aiming, weapon control, marksmanship, etc. It's fun to shoot, and since ammo is cheap, you can throw a lot of bullets down range. We've shot several hundred rounds thru it with minimal problems. After a few boxes, they tend to stick while unloading spent casings. But a quick swab with some No. 9 and it's good again. Too bad the Illinois law makers decided it's unsafe for sale here anymore.
