The fit and finish on the gun is great! It functions just as it should, and being to shoot 4 different calibers of ammo in one gun is a total win!! I love this gun!!!

Before buying this...
Before buying this gun, I did some research and learned learned that Pietta's guns, sometimes have irregular quality control and problems that need to be fixed prior to using them, but I was so excited about having a gun that can fire four different calibers that I disregarded this. I have a convertible gun that is wonderful and also an Italian made revolver that is also great, so I bought it. When inspecting the revolver at the FFL, I tested opening the loading gate and pulling the hammer to the half cock position to load the cylinder. The cylinder will not rotate freely, the cylinder stop or bolt will not retract into the gun frame. The gun locked and it didn't let the cylinder to rotate to load it or try to switch it with the extra cylinders that come with the gun. Maybe I am too fussy about this, but I can't recommend this gun. Buds guns, as alway a impeccable great service!

Very nice SA revolver....
Very nice SA revolver. It is a Pietta, not a Taylors, first and foremost. Good fit and finish, functions perfectly fine. Fits the hand, and handles very good. Love the three cylinder option. It is a good shooter, and a blast to shoot. If you are keen to SAA, and you shoot these four calibers, I suggest you buy one.
