The Smith & Wesson Model 638 CT is a compact J-Frame revolver chambered in .38 Special. Its shrouded hammer design helps reduce snagging while retaining the option for deliberate single-action fire. The lightweight Airweight frame and compact 1.88-inch barrel make it well suited to concealed carry, while the stainless and silver finish provides a durable, understated appearance. An integrated Crimson Trace laser grip offers a visible aiming reference without requiring a separate accessory. Factory standard models do not include a manual thumb safety, grip safety, threaded barrel, or optics-ready mounting system.

Is it any wonder that...
Is it any wonder that this model is impossible to find? Drops easily into most pockets (no hard lump at your back). The laser provides additional reassurance. It's the perfect concealable weapon for someone like me and when loaded up with Corbons, provides good stopping power. I wish they weren't so popular, lol, I've been trying to buy a second one from Buds for over a year.
