The Anderson Manufacturing AM15 Optic Ready rifle combines a forged 7075-T6 aluminum receiver set with a dependable semi-automatic operating system chambered in 5.56 NATO. Its 16-inch barrel uses a 1:8 twist rate and a 1/2x28 threaded muzzle fitted with an A2 flash hider. A carbine-length gas system, six-position adjustable stock, standard M16-profile bolt carrier, and ambidextrous safety provide a familiar and adaptable platform for range use, training, and general rifle applications. The optics-ready receiver allows users to configure the rifle with a preferred aiming solution.
