Description
Product Overview
The Browning BLR Lightweight Monte Carlo combines the fast handling of a lever-action rifle with the strength and versatility required for modern hunting cartridges. Chambered in .308 Winchester, it uses a detachable four-round box magazine that accommodates pointed bullets not suited to traditional tubular magazines. Its 20-inch button-rifled sporter barrel features a 1:12-inch twist and crowned muzzle for dependable accuracy. The lightweight aluminum alloy receiver is drilled and tapped for an optic, while the Grade 1 Black Walnut Monte Carlo stock provides a comfortable, classic hunting profile. A polished blued finish completes this compact and field-ready rifle.

I was able to go to...
I was able to go to the range today 08/13/18 and zero my 308 BLR. The weather was partiality cloudy, wind 10 MPH and air temperature was 90 F. I zeroed with two rounds technique at 100 yards. The average shoot group was 3/4 inch with 165 grain low quality bullets (Monarch brand). I fired 100 rds with zero malfunction. I am very impress with this rifle. I own three Marlin lever action but this BLR is more accurate and the action is a lot smoother.
