The CORE15 KeyMod Scout is a semi-automatic AR-15 rifle chambered for .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO. Its 16-inch barrel uses a 1-in-7-inch twist rate, while the 15-inch KeyMod rail provides flexible mounting space for accessories and aiming equipment. A six-position retractable stock allows the rifle to be adjusted for different users and shooting positions. The rifle includes an A2-style fixed front sight base, a beveled magwell, and one 30-round magazine.

First AR purchase, so it's my standby rifle. Heavy barrel is nice in terms of durability and steady supported shooting, but it's a bit of a club when running and gunning. \r Core makes good rifles out of Ocala, FL and they have a solid warranty on any of their products. \r Solid rifle overall.

This is legitimately...
This is legitimately one of the best AR's I've every owned and or shot. The stock trigger is great and the keymod rail is very cool. I've of course changed out some things and added some furniture, but the upper and lower are the same pretty much. It shoots straight and very accurate.
