The Daniel Defense DDM4 V7 Texas Edition is a dependable modern sporting rifle built for versatile range use, training, and defensive applications. Its 16-inch cold hammer forged barrel and mid-length gas system provide reliable cycling with reduced felt recoil and component wear. The free-floating MFR 15.0 handguard adds M-LOK attachment points for accessories while maintaining a lightweight, rigid setup. An uninterrupted top Picatinny rail accommodates the user's preferred optic or backup sight system. The rifle includes an ambidextrous GRIP-N-RIP charging handle, an ambidextrous safety selector, a Daniel Defense stock and pistol grip, and a factory flash suppressor. Special Texas Edition laser engraving distinguishes this model.

Absolutely awesome...
Absolutely awesome firearm and buds delivered amazingly fast. This is the same firearm as the regular V7 but comes with Magpul sites and sling mounts and somehow miraculously costs hundreds of dollars less than the V7 online. Why anyone would buy the V7 and not get this one with the additional hardware is a question absent an answer. It does have the seal of the republic of Texas, so perhaps they would just hate Texas very much. Otherwise awesome awesome weapon at an awesome price considering.
