Product Overview
The Daniel Defense M4A1 is a semi-automatic rifle built around the combat-proven M4A1 RIS II rail system. Its 14.5-inch cold hammer forged M4-profile barrel uses a 1:7 twist and is fitted with a Daniel Defense flash suppressor that is permanently pinned and welded to produce a legal 16-inch barrel length. The rifle features forged 7075-T6 aluminum receivers, M4 feed ramps, a pinned low-profile gas block, and an M16-profile chrome-lined bolt carrier with a magnetic particle tested bolt. The RIS II handguard provides a rigid, full-length platform for mounting lights, lasers, foregrips, and other accessories. Daniel Defense furniture includes a six-position adjustable stock and an overmolded pistol grip designed for secure handling.

Awesome gun. Trigger...
Awesome gun. Trigger is heavy mil spec and the charging handle probably needs to be swapped out as the one it comes with is crazy tight, even after shooting several hundred rounds through it. All said and done…this gun doesn't need around. My first but not my last DD product.
