The Diamondback Firearms DB-15B is a California-compliant AR-15-pattern rifle chambered for .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO. Its direct-impingement operating system, 16-inch 4140 chrome-moly M4-contour barrel, and free-float handguard provide a practical platform for range use and general shooting. The rifle features 7075-T6 aluminum receivers, an ATI Strikeforce collapsible stock, an A2 flash hider, and a factory bullet-button magazine release. It is supplied without sights, allowing the owner to select an optic or sighting system that fits their needs.

Picked up my...
Picked up my Diamondback DB15 yesterday from my local FFL. Shipping was super fast only took 3 days!!! Comes in a hard plastic case with padding, 1 ten (10) round magazine, lock and key, manual, registration card, sticky rubber pad, and alcohol wipe (not to sure what those were for). There was not as much dirt and residue within the rifle as i cleaned it for the first time. The red bolt stopper can also function as the bullet button presser. The trigger is nice and smooth. a bit lighter than i thought it would be. I agree the stock is a bit of a hassle, although you can take off the cheek rest. Even with the cheek rest off, the charging handle can still get caught on the stock if its not fully extended. The rifle does warm up a bit during shooting but nothing too overwhelming (at least not for me). All in all it shoots great, looks great, and the price was amazing!! Thanks BUDS.

This is my first AR 15...
This is my first AR 15 and I couldn't be happier. I was debating early on whether to go with the S&W M&P 15 Sport or the Diamondback DB-15. I didn't like the look of the S&W front sight post or rail, so I opted for the Diamondback. After a quick cleaning I installed a red dot and headed to the range. I shot a couple hundred rounds of cheap ammo and it shoots them all like a champ (Tul Ammo, ZQI, American Eagle). I didn't like the stock metal magazine that it came with so I bought a couple PMAG's and they look & function with the rifle perfectly.
