The FN FNAR Standard Carbine is a semi-automatic rifle chambered for .308 Win and 7.62x51 NATO. Its 16-inch chrome-lined, fluted barrel features a target crown and a 1:12-inch twist rate for reliable performance. The rifle uses a gas-operated system with a multiple-lug rotating bolt, an aircraft-grade aluminum alloy receiver, and an integral Mil-Spec 1913 Picatinny rail. A black synthetic pistol-grip stock provides checkered gripping surfaces, while the adjustable configuration includes interchangeable recoil pads and comb inserts for a more personalized fit. The carbine includes a 20-round steel magazine and uses a crossbolt manual safety.
