The FN FS2000 CQB is a civilian-legal semi-automatic bullpup rifle chambered for 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington. Its gas-operated rotating-bolt system, 17.44-inch cold hammer-forged MIL-SPEC barrel, and muzzle brake support reliable operation and consistent accuracy. The ambidextrous synthetic thumbhole stock provides a compact 29.29-inch overall length while preserving a full-length rifle barrel. Forward ejection directs spent cases away from the operator, and integrated MIL-STD 1913 top and bottom rails accommodate optics and accessories. Folding backup sights provide an additional aiming solution when an optic is not in use.
