The Great Lakes Firearms GLFA AR-15 is a semi-automatic rifle chambered in .223 Wylde, a versatile chambering designed to shoot both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition. Its 16-inch heavy HBAR barrel features a 1:8 twist rate and 1/2x28 muzzle threading, providing compatibility with common AR-15 muzzle devices. The rifle is built with 7075-T6 aluminum receivers, a carbine-length gas system, M4 feed ramps, and a 15.25-inch 6061 aluminum handguard with a full-length Picatinny rail. Finished in Battleworn Lime Cerakote, it includes a mil-spec trigger, a fixed manual safety, a six-position-style AR-15 stock configuration, and one 30-round magazine. No iron sights or optic are included from the factory.
