Product Overview
The Henry Big Boy All-Weather Side Gate is a durable lever-action rifle chambered for .357 Mag and capable of accepting .38 Special ammunition. Its twenty-inch steel barrel, receiver, lever, and tubular magazine feature an industrial hard chrome satin finish for enhanced resistance to moisture and wear. The stained hardwood stock and forend receive a moisture-resistant coating, while the black solid rubber recoil pad helps provide a comfortable shooting experience. A side loading gate allows convenient field topping-off, and the removable tube magazine can also be loaded through the muzzle end of the magazine tube. The rifle is equipped with an adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sight with a diamond insert and a brass bead front sight. It is drilled and tapped for scope mounts and uses an automatic in-hammer transfer bar safety.
