It features a 20-inch octagonal barrel, classic buckhorn sights, a brass buttplate and barrel band, and a hand-selected American walnut stock. The nickel-plated receiver carries detailed 24-karat gold-plated engraving by Heidi Roos, including a law-enforcement badge, police officer's hat, handcuffs, and tribute inscription. The stock is laser etched with an American bald eagle and handpainted royal blue detailing. Chambered for .22 Short, .22 Long, and .22 LR, its tubular magazine holds 16 rounds.
