The Henry H009BGL Lever Action .30-30 Side Gate rifle combines classic American styling with practical hunting features. Its blue-finished steel octagon barrel is paired with an American walnut straight stock, a brass receiver, and a brass buttplate. The side loading gate allows convenient topping off while the integral tubular magazine holds 5+1 rounds. A smooth lever action, bead front sight, and adjustable diamond semi-buckhorn rear sight provide a familiar and capable setup for deer hunting. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounting, and the rifle can feed Hornady LEVERevolution ammunition.

I've had this rifle on...
