The Henry H024-3030 Lever Action Side Gate rifle combines classic lever-action handling with convenient modern loading. Its hardened polished brass receiver, brass barrel band and buttplate, and American walnut straight-grip stock provide a refined traditional appearance, while the deep checkering offers a secure hold in the field. The 20-inch round blued steel barrel is chambered in .30-30 Winchester and paired with a semi-buckhorn rear sight and ivory bead front sight. A side loading gate allows quick reloads and top-offs without removing the rifle from the shoulder, while the removable tubular magazine provides an additional method for loading and safe unloading. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounting.
