Product Overview
The IWI Tavor SAR Flattop TSB18 is a compact bullpup rifle chambered for 5.56 NATO and compatible with .223 Remington ammunition. Its semi-automatic action uses a closed rotating bolt and long-stroke piston system for dependable cycling, while the rearward action places an 18-inch cold hammer forged, chrome-moly vanadium, chrome-lined barrel in a compact 27-5/8-inch overall package. A full-length Mil-Std Picatinny top rail supports a wide range of optics, and the rifle also includes a short 45-degree rail opposite the charging handle. Folding front and rear aperture sights provide a practical factory aiming system. The rifle accepts standard NATO STANAG magazines and includes one 30-round magazine.

I waited and looked...
I waited and looked around for which TAVOR to buy. Finally, after watching and reading the various reviews out there, I decided on the Tavor SAR 18. I love the compactness and plan to upgrade the trigger. So far I am pleased, but this is my first "Bullpup" purchase. More range time will tell.
