A: Larry, the receiver on this is marked SU-16 .223 REM and as such I would not shoot 5.56 with it. Green tip ammo AKA M855 really isn't that special for most purposes in my humble opinion.

A: Robert, it's not the 10+1 that kills it, it's the folding stock along with a threaded barrel (yes this has a threaded barrel) , which makes this illegal in the Peoples Republik of NJ.
