The Kimber 84M Montana is a lightweight bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 7mm-08 Remington. The rifle features a full-length Mauser claw extractor, a four-round internal magazine, pillar and glass bedding, and an adjustable trigger. A three-position Model 70-type wing safety acts directly on the cocking piece for added mechanical security. The receiver is drilled and tapped for Kimber scalloped scope bases, sold separately.
