A: Christopher - Since this is a bolt action rifle, and not a semi-automatic rifle, I don;t believe the flash suppressor would be a problem. The only restriction of which I am aware on bolt actions is the magazine capacity restrictions - no magazines over 10 rounds. This rifle should be perfectly fine to order for delivery to New York.
