The Palmetto State Armory PA-15 9mm AR-15 rifle is built around a 16 inch M4-profile chrome moly barrel with a nitride finish for corrosion resistance and durability. This 9mm AR setup is designed for reliable semi-automatic performance and features a 1:10 twist rate, forged 7075-T6 aluminum upper and lower, and a mil-spec diameter buffer tube. The package includes an aluminum 9mm magazine adapter for use with Colt-style AR 9mm magazines and ships with a 32-round capacity magazine option.

Having the same issues...
Having the same issues I have read about - many fte and ftf. I have read this is common in 9mm AR's. Hopefully it will eventually break in and be reliable, but for now, not overly impressed with my first 9mm AR
