The Palmetto State Armory PA-15 is a 9mm semi-automatic rifle built on a forged 7075-T6 aluminum AR-15-style receiver set. It features a 16-inch chrome moly barrel with a durable nitride finish, a 1:10-inch twist rate, an A2 flash hider, and an F-marked gas block. The rifle uses an aluminum 9mm magazine adapter and accepts Colt-style magazines, including the supplied 32-round magazine. A collapsible M4-style stock, A2-style grip, mil-spec buffer tube, and single-stage trigger provide a familiar and adaptable operating layout.

Having the same issues...
Having the same issues I have read about - many fte and ftf. I have read this is common in 9mm AR's. Hopefully it will eventually break in and be reliable, but for now, not overly impressed with my first 9mm AR
