Description
Product Overview
The Remington R-15 VTR is a semi-automatic .223 Remington rifle designed for predator hunting and varmint control. Its free-floating, fluted, button-rifled carbon steel barrel measures 24 inches and features a recessed hunting crown for consistent accuracy. The fluted profile helps reduce weight and promotes faster cooling during extended shooting sessions. A clean-breaking single-stage hunting trigger supports precise shot placement, while the fixed synthetic stock and ergonomic pistol grip provide a stable, comfortable shooting position. The receiver-length Picatinny rail allows straightforward optic installation, and the drilled and tapped fore-end supports additional accessory rails. The rifle includes a 5-round magazine and is compatible with aftermarket AR-15 magazines.

I've got a couple of...
I've got a couple of years history with this rifle now. I can say it is still as solid (and a tack driver) as the day we took it out of the box. It cuts bullet holes at 100 yards with no effort. For me, I cannot ask for anything more. It has never jammed on me after hundreds of rounds thru it. If I can knock a dime off the target at a football field.....it's a keeper!
