The Rock River Arms LAR-8 Standard A2 is a .308 Win and 7.62x51 NATO semi-automatic rifle built around a forged A2 upper receiver with a forward assist and ejection port door. Its 20-inch chrome moly barrel features a 1:10 twist and a gas block front sight base with an integral rail. Standard iron sights, an A2 buttstock, Hogue rubber grip, standard charging handle, and a two-stage trigger provide a familiar service-rifle configuration for range use and general-purpose shooting.
