The Ruger 77/357 is a compact bolt-action rifle chambered for .357 Mag and .38 Special ammunition. Its cold hammer-forged, threaded stainless barrel is designed for consistent accuracy and long service life, and it includes a factory-installed thread protector. The stainless steel bolt uses a 90-degree bolt throw and rapid lock time. A detachable five-round rotary magazine sits flush with the black synthetic stock for a balanced, snag-resistant profile. Integral scope mounts machined into the solid-steel receiver and included scope rings provide a stable foundation for an optic. The three-position manual safety allows the bolt to be locked while loading and unloading.
