Product Overview
The Ruger American Rimfire Standard 8341 is a .22 LR bolt-action rifle built for dependable target shooting, small-game hunting, and rimfire practice. Its cold hammer-forged 22-inch alloy steel barrel features a 1:16-inch right-hand twist and is paired with Ruger's Power Bedding integral bedding block system for consistent barrel alignment and accuracy. The Copper Mica synthetic stock includes interchangeable standard-length-of-pull modules with comb-height options for either scope or iron-sight use. A Ruger Marksman Adjustable trigger offers a crisp release with an adjustable pull weight from 3 to 5 pounds. The rifle includes Williams fiber optic front and adjustable folding-leaf rear sights, a tang-mounted manual safety, and a detachable flush-mounted 10-round BX-1 rotary magazine. Its receiver incorporates a 3/8-inch rimfire scope base and is drilled and tapped for Weaver #12 bases.

Runs well, feeds...
Runs well, feeds flawlessly from any mag I've put in it so far, which full disclosure have only been Ruger mags but it feeds well from the 10 round standardn box and the BX-22 mags as well. Accurate little thing, wanted a bolt action 22 and this does not disappoint.

I love this thing. It...
I love this thing. It might be one of my favorite guns to shoot that I own. The iron sights are great on it and the added barrel length and sight picture make it VERY accurate and easy to aim even without a scope. The fact that this thing will take 10/22 mags up to the 25 rounders is icing on the case. The action on the bolt is smooth, and you very quickly start to see how fast you cycle and shoot. Shooting this thing actually brings me joy and puts a smile on my face.
