A: Richard, unfortunately this Semi-Auto Rifle is restricted in NY due to three individual features, 1). Pistol Grip - 2). Threaded Barrel and 3). 6 Position Magpul Stock. Any one of which disqualifies it in NY.

A: I'd guess different stock in different warehouses. If a certain warehouse is has a low stock in this particular firearm the price goes up. But I own this firearm but the American flag version and quickly became one of my favorite.
