The Ruger SFAR is a compact semi-automatic rifle chambered for 7.62x51 NATO and .308 Win. It delivers the power of a traditional .308 rifle in a small-frame platform similar in size to a 5.56 rifle. The 16.1-inch cold hammer-forged 5R barrel uses a durable black nitride finish and is paired with a Ruger 2-port Boomer muzzle brake threaded 5/8x24. A 15-inch free-float M-LOK handguard, adjustable mid-length gas system, and full-length Picatinny top rail provide versatile handling and accessory compatibility. The Ruger Elite 452 two-stage trigger offers a crisp 4.5-pound pull, while the Magpul MOE SL stock and MOE grip provide comfortable control. The rifle includes one 10-round Magpul PMAG and accepts SR-25 or AR-10-pattern magazines.
