The Savage Arms 93R17 Minimalist is a lightweight bolt-action rimfire rifle chambered in .17 HMR. Its brown laminate stock combines classic styling with modern ergonomics, while the matte black sporter-contour carbon steel barrel provides a durable, practical configuration for small-game hunting and target shooting. The 18-inch barrel is threaded 1/2x28 and includes a thread protector cap. A user-adjustable AccuTrigger helps shooters tune the trigger pull from 2.5 to 6 pounds, and the receiver is equipped with two-piece Weaver bases for scope installation. The rifle feeds from a 10-round detachable magazine.

First - Great service from Buds , order on Monday / receive on Friday ! The rifle is actually nicer than I expected ! the fit and finish is great and the " free float " barrel is dead center ! Just received / scoped rifle and ran 15 rounds to 0 scope - bolt action smooth and rifle shoots true , cycles well ! Basically just a " plinking " rifle for me , however really nice and for the price , not sure You can beat it , the rifle does not look or feel inexpensive !! [ I like wood ] As another review noted - Savage got this right on value and function !! Thanks Buds !
