was looking for a...
was looking for a relatively inexpensive bolt action rifle for target shooting and pest eradication. Saw some videos on the savage B22 FVSR and decided to give it a try. Price was good here at Buds Guns and I like the cash payment by money order process. Got the rifle in and set it up with a Vortex 3-9x40 scope and had it zeroed in very short order. The bolt was a bit stiff at first. But smoothed out the more I shot it. Little over 200 rounds through it now and I'm very happy with my purchase. I put an inexpensive bipod on it and a cheek rest. Then I added my Huxwurx suppressor on it as the rifle comes with 1/2 x 28 threads out of the box. The adjustable trigger is great. Very light weight setup. Perfect for my needs. I highly recommend and Buds Guns.

Very accurate gun...
Very accurate gun HOWEVER it jams constantly and fails to extract . The magazine does not lock in positively . I would not buy again . Svage rifles have always been cheap and ill fitting in my experience over the years .
