A: Hi Rene and welcome. Personally I would get the Savage. It is just as accurate and the $ saved would go a long way towards an good ammunition supply. Either way works. Cheers and stay safe!

A: Good optics can make the accuracy. Spend a little more on a scope, and light matchsticks.

A: Hi Luis and welcome. Weaver-Style Rings: You can mount any standard Weaver-style scope rings directly onto the included two-piece bases. Cheers and stay safe!

A: This firearm comes factory-equipped with a 2-piece optics mount consisting of Weaver-style scope bases. As a result, the base accepts Weaver-style scope rings. Many standard Picatinny-style rings may also fit, provided their cross-bolts match the width of standard Weaver recoil slots.
