I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. A: It comes with a 25 round magazine however: Bud's can remove the mag from the box if that's the only reason it isn't compliant in your state. You'd have to find a 10 round mag for it, but they are out there..
